The Small Print

Payment Terms:
Payment for all private classes is required at least one week before the class as this triggers our office to send the class materials to you. Please contact us if this requirement causes difficulty. We have the right to cancel a class if payment has not been received. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer, paypal, debit card and credit card.
Payment for public classes is taken at the time of booking.

Cancellation Terms:
Should circumstances means that you have to cancel or defer your private classes we will give you a full refund with 48 hours notice. With more than 24 hours notice will give you a 75% refund. With less than 24 hours notice we will give you a 50% refund.
For public classes bookings cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable but you may send someone in your place. You may also defer your class up to one week before the date it was scheduled for. If you do not attend a course and do not inform us beforehand, the full course fee must be paid.

Unforeseen Circumstances:
All of our trainers work within the NHS and on rare occasions are required to work in their NHS jobs at short notice due to a medical crisis. They are also human and therefore occasionally sickness, family crisis or other unforeseen circumstances may mean we have to cancel a course. In such circumstances you will be given as much notice as possible and either a rescheduled class as soon as possible or a full refund of fees paid.
