Here are some of the amazing comments we have received in the last twelve months from people who have attended our courses.
"Just a quick note to say that the class was excellent. Gail delivered the information very well and was lovely. The experience from the booking process to the session was great which is refreshing in a world where good service can be lacking. Thank you again for all your help"
Gloria Bettega - December 2012
"Class was geared to the age of the children of those present. Excellent opportunity to try out Basic L:ife Support on dolls provided. Adele was very good at answering specific questions from the group and the level of the training was pitched perfectly. We had two ex nurses present in the group who both found it very useful and informative"
Sian Clarke - June 2012
" Thank you so much. We appreciated the thorough and tailored content, class being held at home, flexible arrangements, hands on demonstration, knowledge and experience of trainer. Rebecca was knowledgeable, caring, thorough and reassuring in her teaching approach. If we ever end up in hospital with our little one, we hope to have a nurse as wonderful as Rebecca to look after him! Thank you, too, for your flexible and responsive approach to making arrangements for us to have a course tonight quickly and at our home, with baby being able to sleep, feed and be settled during class. We will definately recommend you to others"

It was very nice that our trainer called me before the class to have a chat about our group. Robert was very personable and calm and instilled confidence. He was happy to answer questions. It was the right amount of interaction and involvement. We all had a go at resuscitation and got feedback.
Sam O'Neill - April 2012
"Above and beyond my high expectations. Short and sweet. Our trainer stuck to the basics and did not overload with too much information. The dummy practice was crucial. The flip chart a useful prop. I think it was perfect. Rebecca is extremely qualified and we liked she could add her own experience to scenarios"
